Welcome to ADHD Ayurveda. I know some of you have been checking back for this for a little bit and well if you’re here you most likely have ADHD and you understand imposter syndrome is a very real thing so I am fighting it and just doing a brief intro post to get it started. My name is Nicole and I am completing for my certification in Ayurvedic Health Coaching.

I was officially diagnosed ADHD during covid because my coping skills were all taken away, however I knew I had ADHD since I was young and was lucky to have a family that understood ADHD well. That happens when out of five of you four have ADHD. I have always been fascinated by a myriad of topics including historic life which is how my fascination with historic medicine started to develop. Through some self-discovery I found an ayurvedic school online that was perfect for me at the perfect time.

My interest in knowledge varies widely from the lives of marginalized persons in ancient Rome to Modern social rights, and glass work done in a clay kiln to Modern digital art and business networking. I can’t tell you all of what you might find or learn here because I have learned to listen to my intuition better and if something feels like there is a reason to post about it I am going to listen. I will try to keep it focused around either ADHD or ayurvedic topics but you might find an interesting nugget about something else here and there.

Though I welcome men into the space I will primarily be focusing on women issues. Women’s voices will take priority. I won’t stand for any degrading bullying or malicious comments topics or attitudes on any post or comment. I am sassy snarky and sweary so please be prepared. Welcome to my beautiful healing shit show.
